HOH folks rise up. I always get so embarrassed when I'm getting my nails done (not that it's a common occurrence) because there's always so much ambient noise and they always wear masks so they don't get nail dust in their mouths. (Which tbh is very fair)
I don't have an actual problem physically taking in sound, I have that damn pesky auditory processing issue.
